Connectivity Solutions

Superfast High-Speed Broadband

Superfast high-speed fibre broadband services provide downstream speeds of up to 80Mbps and upstream speeds of up to 20Mbps. And for those areas fibre connectivity has not yet reached we can ensure downstream speeds of up to 24Mbps when using traditional Broadband services.

Fibre Broadband (Fibre to the Cabinet – FTTC)

Fibre Broadband delivers superfast high-speed broadband with an astounding 80Mbps in download speed and 20Mbps in upstream speed. FTTC is rapidly spreading across the UK and will soon be available to a projected 80% of premises by the end of 2015. It’s fantastic value for money with greater reliability and performance for your business critical applications – ideal for small and medium-sized organisations.

Broadband (ADSL MAX / ADSL2)

Broadband (ADSL) services delivered on copper pairs, tends to be the most widely available option and can be quickly installed as you simply use pre-existing PSTN (analogue) lines that are already available in most buildings. ADSL is ideal for home workers, offices or start-up businesses and is available to over 99.5% of the UK, achieving downstream speeds of up to 24Mbps.

Converged Broadband

Converged Broadband is a cost-effective but high-quality IP telephony and Internet access solution delivered over one single data connection. Being a single broadband connection means voice traffic takes priority on a percentage of the available bandwidth. Converged Broadband can be provided in different sizes to provide the amount of voice connections and Internet bandwidth required, and can be used for SIP trunks and hosted voice services such as Opus Hosted – ideal for both small businesses and home workers.

Ethernet

Ethernet services guarantee premium high-speed connectivity up to 1Gb with high availability and capacity for your business. The service is ideal for organisations that wish to converge voice and data on a single connection whether using cooper connections or fibre connectivity.

Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) Ethernet

Rental costs and installation lead times are significantly lower with FTTC Ethernet compared to Fibre Leased Lines and EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile) services, while fix times remain the same. FTTC Ethernet also offers fast, reliable access at a more affordable price and includes all Ethernet features without compromising quality or service levels. Ideal for smaller businesses that want to receive fast, reliable, uncontended replacement service for legacy Broadband and SDSL connections.

Ethernet First Mile (EFM)

EFM is a scalable high-speed business Internet service that saves you time and money on installation fees by using existing copper cabling end-to-end, rather than fibre cabling, to connect your business directly into the National Ethernet Network. It’s ideal for businesses of all sizes that are experiencing a huge increase in bandwidth demand and that require the right platform for cloud-based services.

Fibre Leased Lines

If your business needs premium, high-speed connectivity with high availability and high capacity our Ethernet service delivers up to 1Gbps of dedicated bandwidth. The most robust connection and perfect for any business requiring a high-speed, durable and dependable Internet connection. It provides the flexibility for you to upgrade or downgrade your connection speed at anytime, with no contention rates and fully monitored line boasting a 99.4% uptime guarantee. Ideal for businesses that need to run mission-critical and time-sensitive applications as the connection in uncontended, meaning no other people are using your line.

Converged Ethernet

Converged Ethernet is a premium service for businesses and delivers a dedicated connection of up to 1Gbps with the option to converge data and voice onto one network. Converged Ethernet comes with three service options, which include fibre optic Leased Line, EFM or FTTC Ethernet. You simply connect to the extensive next generation network designed specifically to deliver dedicated, low latency and high availability services, with full resilience.

Converged WAN/Private Cloud

Wide Area Network (WAN) multi-site solutions enable secure access to critical data and applications anywhere, anytime, from any device, providing you with visibility, control and services to SLA’s. Using network connectivity services such as MPLS and VPLS we can converge your voice, data and multimedia traffic onto a single, secure private cloud network.
