Connection Voucher Scheme funding to run out
More than 40,000 small and medium businesses (SMEs) across the UK have now benefitted from the Government’s Broadband Connection voucher scheme, 11,664 in London alone.
The BDUK Connection Voucher Scheme is set to end as early as October 2015 and businesses are being urged to act quickly to take advantage of this great offer.
The scheme was initially set to run until March 2016, however due to its popularity, the government has predicted that funding will end much sooner than originally predicted.
The Broadband Connection Voucher scheme offers grants of up to £3000 for businesses upgrading to superfast broadband and is open to eligible organisations in 50 cities across the UK.
According to recent figures, there is £17 million remaining in the BDUK funding pot and the government is approving on average £1 million vouchers a week!
If you haven’t claimed your voucher yet, now is a great time to press ahead.
