Opus Announces 5-a-side Team for Charity Football Cup
Never mind the England line up for the European Championships, this is the team announcement you have all been waiting for. Opus FC Manager Adam Sankey has announced the line up for for the Opus FC team that are taking part in the Exponential-e Channel Charity Cup this month.
The annual five a side tournament is taking place this year at West Ham’s Boleyn Ground before they move to their new premises. The competition pitches Exponential-e Channel Partners against each other.
Opus FC and the the other teams will be one of the last people to play at the Boleyn Ground and all proceeds raised will go towards Macmillan Cancer Support.
The teams will have the honour of using the player’s changing rooms then walking up the stairs and through the tunnel onto the pitch! Kick off is at midday with food and drink served afterwards. Trophies will be awarded and there will be a cross bar challenge to end the tournament.
It should be a great day for the players and will raise money for a great cause.
