The awards, hosted by Nursing in Practice, Management in Practice, The Commissioning Review and Pulse, are designed to recognise, highlight, and reward the hard work and innovation that gets carried out every day in surgeries up and down the UK together with the suppliers and service providers who always go that extra mile to support general practices and help improve patient care.
Opus Telecoms currently supports approaching 500 medical practices with communication solutions across London and the South East, together with a number of hospitals and trusts nationwide. Many customers have purchased more than one telephone system from Opus but increasingly we are able to support customers for longer, without replacing hardware, by cost effectively providing regular software updates.
We have also launched new services, which offer free local, national and mobile calls for surgeries and allows patient calls to be queued intelligently in ‘the cloud’ using a local number. This has resulted in 30% of existing customers switching to the new services in the last 9 months.
The awards take place this year on the evening of the 20th November at the luxurious London Lancaster Hotel.
