We understand the importance of having your communications solution installed promptly and with minimal disruption, as such we provide a installation service for all our solutions.
Our installation team install complete convergence solutions which include Cat5e, Cat6, Cat 6A, Cat 7 telecommunications cabling and SMF or MMF. We hold Wholesale Line Rental 3 (WLR3) status with BT Openreach, which allows us to manage the installation of lines and calls using BT resources. We also install LAN’s, WAN’s, VPNs and can integrate VoIP telephone systems in a converged data environment using Quality of Service protocols such as VLAN, MPLS and DiffServ to ensure Voice calls are prioritised.
We agree the requirements and system configuration with you, so you know the full details of what will be happening and when during the installation (summarised in the Project Schedule). Our engineers complete pre-installation surveys, health checks for network readiness and wireless coverage before building the equipment off site. This ensures a smooth, efficient and professional installation when we arrive at the agreed time.
Friendly and flexible
Our engineers are not only qualified and experienced but helpful, friendly and flexible. We make sure we cause minimal disruption to your business and leave your offices clean and tidy. Before we leave your premisses we’ll provide demonstrations and user guides for basic training purposes. If you require any additional training please notify the engineer on-site or contact your account manager to schedule a time most suitable for you.
Post installation support
We provide a 2 week support period, from the time of your installation to ensure your system is configured in a way that is 100% satisfactory for you and your business.
