Receive notifications when spend reaches a certain percentage of your threshold. Then simply raise the limit or advise us that you believe your phone system has been breached.

If no action is taken by the time the limit has been reached, all calls are barred reducing your risk of fraudulent activity.

5 Point Check List

We recommend you take the following precautions to ensure effective security measures are in place to protect your business against the dangers of toll fraud:

  1. Change system and server passwords on a regular basis
  2. Change user passwords regularly and when staff leave
  3. Use a variety of upper case, lower case and numeric values when creating passwords
  4. Ensure voicemail PIN numbers are not default e.g. 0000 and 1234
  5. Bar premium and international calls where necessary
