Whilst we’re doing everything we can for our community, we make sure any resources we use such as electricity, energy and fuel are offset every year to remain carbon neutral.

Fostering a team ethos
Our culture is extremely important to us. We want our people to be happy to come to work and enjoy what they do within an inclusive team. Being part of our team doesn’t just mean all work and no play though. We hold many team building and social events throughout the year where we can all come together and have some fun.
Highlights in our calendar include our Christmas Party where partners are invited and our Children’s Christmas Party where our Opus kids get to meet Santa in person to collect a gift. We also hold team and company events on a regular basis and are definitely fans of a good old fashioned quiz or two!
