A Mitel Service Provider, or Solutions Partner, is a Mitel-accredited partner set up to deliver the design, execution and support of Mitel’s suite of communications software solutions. A Solutions Partner will draw on its knowledge of the Mitel estate to provide users with recommendations for how they can optimise their communications solutions. Typically, a Partner will review users’ current Mitel tools in order to provide personalised advice tailored to their set-up and advocate additional features or functionality to meet the changing needs of their organisation.
