Microsoft Teams Voice is a cloud-powered phone system extension for Microsoft Office 365. Seamlessly accessible via mobile, desktop, or desk phone, it embodies modern communication.
Business Voice empowers users to effortlessly initiate, accept, and forward calls between landlines, mobiles, and the public switched telephone network (PSTN) within Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft 365 Business Voice is only available with a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Microsoft Teams. Prices for Business Voice typically start from £12 per user per month. (As of June 23) Enterprise Voice for over 300 users costs more.
Business Voice licenses typically include: Unlimited minutes of domestic calling (UK Local, National & Mobile), a set allowance of international call minutes per month/per user as well as advanced features including call transfers, multi-level auto attendants, and call queuing.
The licensing difference lies in their offerings. Notably, license limits vary: Business Voice allows up to 300 licenses, while Enterprise Voice extends to an unlimited user count for enterprise organisations.
